Who we are
SEO Dashboard (seo.cgtechnprints.app) is a private, invite-only reporting tool. It shows search and traffic reports for websites whose owners have connected them. It is operated by Genmar Dadivo, who you can reach at genmar.dadivo.25@gmail.com.
What we access from your Google account
The app asks Google for these permissions, and only these:

Sign-in (
openid,email,profile): your email address, name and profile picture, used to identify you and check that you've been invited. -
Google Search Console, read-only (
webmasters.readonly): search performance data (queries, pages, clicks, impressions, position) and URL index status, for the Search Console properties you choose to connect to a workspace. -
Google Analytics, read-only (
analytics.readonly): your list of GA4 properties, and aggregated traffic reports (sessions, users, channels, landing pages) for the properties you choose to connect.
The app can't change anything in your Google account, Search Console or Analytics. It doesn't read your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google service.
What we store, and where
- Your account: email address, name and profile picture URL, plus a sign-in session.
- OAuth refresh tokens: one per connected workspace. This lets the dashboard fetch fresh reports without asking you to sign in to Google each time.
- Cached report data: copies of Search Console and Analytics results, saved report snapshots and history, kept so pages load quickly and trends can be compared over time.
- Workspace settings: which Search Console site and GA4 property you selected, workspace members, and any third-party API keys a workspace owner adds.
All of this is stored on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare D1), the infrastructure the app runs on. It's never stored on your device beyond a sign-in cookie.
How we use it
Data from Google is used only to show reports inside this dashboard to the people who have access to that workspace. It is never sold, never used for advertising, never used to build profiles of you, and never used to train AI models. We don't share it with anyone, except where you or a workspace owner explicitly turn on one of these features:
- AI Analysis: when you ask for an AI summary, aggregated report figures are sent to the AI provider the workspace has configured (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini or Cloudflare Workers AI) to generate that summary.
- Shared report links and scheduled reports: a workspace owner can create a read-only report link, or have a weekly report sent to Slack or by email. Anyone with the link or the message can see that report.
How to revoke access
- In the dashboard: go to Connections & Keys and click Disconnect. This deletes the stored refresh token for that workspace.
- At Google: open myaccount.google.com/permissions, select SEO Dashboard and remove its access. This cancels the permission on Google's side, so any stored token stops working immediately.
Deleting your data
Email genmar.dadivo.25@gmail.com from the address you sign in with and ask for your data to be deleted. We'll remove your account, sessions and any refresh tokens you connected, plus the cached report data for workspaces that only you own, within 30 days. Cached data is otherwise kept for as long as the workspace exists, so reports can show history.
Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. OAuth credentials and tokens are only read on the server and are never sent to your browser. Access to each workspace is limited to people its owner has invited.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced to signed-in users.
